Complete
The Call: Faith on Display — Cheryl
Kim Klassen’s Be Still 52 is the first online class I’ve ever taken. I can’t imagine that I’ll ever complete it. I think that she’s at about the halfway mark (of a 52-week course), but I’m on lesson 5 or 6. I have learned a thing or two about creating still life images, but I don’t think I’m quite getting my money’s worth. I guess I have no one to blame but myself.
There have been a couple of other classes that I did that too. Since there isn’t a real grade or deadline the pressure is finish is all your own. Sometimes that works and other times it can be rather dry.
That said, this is the first time I’ve signed up for a year long course and I’m not really keeping up all that much either. But I think it has to do with the fact that my style has suddenly diverged from Kim’s and I’m really spending my learning time on flash instead of on LR. But, like you said, that’s my “fault.” : )
