Miracle
The Call: Butter, Sugar, Eggs — Jessica
I love to bake. In my other life (or my next life) I would love to open a bakery and spend all day with flour, eggs, sugar and butter. I am always amazed at how they transform into the most delicious things. It seems like a miracle to me.

A sky filled with snowflakes is a sky filled with teeny, tiny miracles.
I agree that the chemical processes involved in baking seem miraculous, but I wouldn’t want to bake for a living. If you baked me yummy, gluten-free stuff, though, I’d probably eat it. : )
Oh my goodness!!! Those are amazing!!!! Have you seen Don Komarechka on g+? He does amazing snowflakes too.
I’m slowly dipping my toe into alternate flours just because I know Danny may have some issues and I’d like to be up to speed when and if that happens. Maybe I will be baking you something. ; )
Oh and you can see the final product on my blog (hey, I actually posted on my personal blog!!): http://wp.me/s2v9Qt-cake
Thanks for the heads-up on Komarechka. I just started following him. Have you seen the book The Snowflake: Winter’s Secret Beauty? It’s amazing. http://www.amazon.com/The-Snowflake-Kenneth-Libbrecht/dp/B008PGZ0X8/ref=sr_1_8?ie=UTF8&qid=1360426544&sr=8-8&keywords=snowflake
