I had hoped to avoid the uniform store by ordering online….but I didn't count on backorders and wrong sizes…
Things will eventually return to the familiar routine, but for the next two weeks it’s close to chaos. One set of kids gets out early, another set has the day off, the next day it’s all reversed. It sends my already disorganized brain into a complete tailspin.
Oh, it is a crazy time of year! We just did the back to school supply shopping at Walmart. It’s a combination of some time of race and a scavenger hunt!
I don’t want to sound smarmy, but there’s no back-to-school craziness with homeschooling: just a slightly different routine.
